We have explained here all of the terms and conditions of ALL sales. Before you buy from DVR Supply LLC, please read and understand the following items.
Conditions of Sale
The terms and conditions of the sale transaction contained in this contract supersede all agreements and purchase orders submitted and accepted by DVR Supply LLC, hereafter referred to as "Seller,". All agreements are contingent upon delays caused by strikes, accidents, material shortages, acts of God, or other delays unavoidable or beyond Seller's control.
Warranties
All products sold by DVR Supply is guaranteed to work when it leaves the shipping location. Warranty does not cover breakage due to negligence, misuse or other means by the Buyer. All products are sold on an "AS IS" basis. Also, DVR Supply cannot guarantee that all products will be compatible with Buyer's hardware. All DVR and camera products come with a one year warranty from date of shipment from DVR Supply unless otherwise specified.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will only occur if Buyer follows these guidelines. When a Return is requested, the product must be in the box it was shipped in containing all parts (manuals, cables, etc). We will not return any product that is used. When an Exchange is requested, this will be done at the discretion of DVR Supply and will be granted only when hardware is defective. All Returns will be subject up to a 20% restocking fee. There are absolutely NO REFUNDS on software and 15 day limit on returns of other products.
Payments
Payments are to be made via phone or email using VISA, Master Card, Discover, or American Express. We will accept other forms of payment such as Money Order, Cashiers' Check, or Personal Check on a case-by-case basis. However, if you use the latter, your order will be delayed longer than necessary. We prefer direct payment by CC.
Shipping Claims
All claims are to be made to the carrier. When products leave our shipping warehouses, they are inspected and tested prior to being packaged and are always in 100% working order. If your product was damaged or lost in shipping, you must make a claim with the carrier. Be sure to inspect your hardware before taking a shipment to be sure it is in working order. |
