Kodicom has introduced the highly anticipated KSR-816 Stand-Alone DVR. The success of the popular DVW-516 has created a strong demand for a high definition DVR with the same easy to use features. The KSR-816 contains all of the popular easy to use features of the KSR-516 along with updated features to form a high definition DVR. The KSR-816 includes 16 channels of Real-time display & 480 FPS of global recording over an embedded Linux operating system. Instant picture retrieval by date/time and camera number allows for a quick and easy back-up. The system offers simultaneous live images, high image quality and digital zoom. Images are compressed down to a file size of just 2-3Kb per picture. Event controlled recording reduces the amount of data and automatically records specific events. Up to 4 internal hard drives can be installed for maximum storage capacity. The system supports Remote Access, which can automatically transfer images to a remote PC under the alarm or motion detection setting.

The KSR-516 Stand-Alone DVR contains 16 channels of Real-time display & 112 FPS of global recording over an embedded Linux operating system. The system supports Remote Access, which can automatically transfer images to a remote PC under the alarm or motion detection setting. The system offers live display, high image quality and digital zoom. Images can be viewed using a PC or Analog monitor and up to 4 hard drives can be installed for maximum storage capacity. The system can be used in various applications such as a bank, apartment, house, casino, airport, military, jewelry store, hospital, parking lot, department store, etc.
